Healthy diet tips
I suddenly realized I need to do something with my eating habits. I was getting fat and this was not good for me. I simply felt awful being unable to put my last year clothes on. My eating is not healthy at all so I decided to go to a doctor to get some diet tips about a healthy eating plan that will help me with designing and planning my weight loss program. I had to tell him the sad truth. I didn"t follow any rules for a healthy eating plan, basically I had no plan at all. I eat irregularly and I don"t think much about what I eat. He told me that it is very bad and this could the reason why I feel so bad. Of course he wanted me to get examined as soon as possible, like blood pressure, my head and everything. But he told me that healthy diet tips would help me get started on my way to a healthier lifestyle and better feeling. My healthy eating plan should contain five healthy meals, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, a mid-morning snack and a mid-afternoon snack, and of course fruit and vegetables. I am aware that maintaining a healthy weight requires commitment and motivation. I just need to learn how to eat a nutritionally balanced eating that is based on a variety of food distributed in the right proportions across fat, protein and carbohydrate food groups.
